While exploring the open world players can encounter Wild Veras. Battling Wild Veras rewards players with EXP and Chests.

Encounters allow players to tame wild Veras to add them to their collection.

Vera Encounters can be spotted via their sparkling aura in the environment. Staying inside this zone will bring about an encounter notification, which players can accept to enter combat with the Vera.

Encounter Zones are scattered throughout the map and regularly change locations, requiring players to explore to find them.
The species and level of Veras encountered depend on the zone's location. Some Encounter Zones host higher-level Veras, while others offer a greater chance of encountering specific Vera species.
Vera encounter battles are a 1v1 battle against an AI opponent, in which the player can defeat the Vera for rewards as well as attempt to tame it in order to add it to their collection.
To tame, click on your currently equipped amulet and select the Vera you wish to try to tame. After this turn’s action selection is done, the first thing to happen in the turn is the taming attempt. It will play out an animation that determines the outcome of the attempt.
